Review by Ivette Thompson: I really enjoyed reading this book. I specially enjoyed the illustrations. They do a good job at showing the frustration that the frog and the dad are feeling. This story is about a frog who wants to be anything other than a frog. Him and his dad go back and forth arguing about why he cant be any other animal, but frog is not convinced until he meets the wolf. Throughout the story there are speech bubbles to show the conversation between frog and his dad. I really appreciate the speech bubbles because it helps the reader follow along and know who is talking every time. This is a book that young readers could read on their own because of the repetition that happens throughout the story. This story teachers children to accept themselves for who they are.
This book would be useful when teaching...

- This would be a great book for young readers because it has a lot of repetition. Also, it is written using speech bubbles to help young readers understand who is talking.
- This book could also be used to help students understand that everyone is different and we should accept ourselves the way we are.
- Teachers could also use this book to teach students about frogs. With this book students will learn where frogs live, how their skin feels, and what they eat.
