The numbers do not stay in numerical order, they just around. For a child who knows their numbers this wouldn't be as confusing. The illustrations remind you of somewhat being at a carnival. They are bright and colorful.

The story is quirky and humerus while creating a spin off the rhymes. I agree with the professional review that the illustrations are captivating and colorful.
This book would be useful when teaching… For children how love reading, this is a helpful way to learn numbers while also getting in the text of a story. I would use this book with a student who knows there numbers, since it jumps around they can use this book to recognize number that are out of order.
